Willoughby City Council Meeting Summary Notes

November 20th, 2018

Tonight’s Council Meeting was a bit different for me.  I was NOT in attendance due to travel plan conflicts.  I spent the Thanksgiving week in NYC visiting my daughter and son in law. Sorry for my absence but I still want to share my version of what took place at the meeting.  Most of the meeting attended to contract agreements for medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage for city employees.
